Destination wedding photographer based in Mexico. Film and digital.
Over ten years documenting love stories across the country’s most beautiful locations.
Hello!
I’m Antonio, a destination wedding photographer based in Seville, Spain. I’ve been traveling to Mexico to document weddings for over ten years, working across the Riviera Maya, the Yucatán Peninsula and the Pacific coast with couples from the US, the UK, Canada and beyond.
Mexico has a quality of light, landscape and atmosphere that makes every wedding feel like its own world. The jungle at Tulum at golden hour, the Caribbean light on a beach ceremony in Playa del Carmen, the dramatic coastline of Los Cabos at dusk. Each destination has its own character, and I photograph all of it with the same approach: honest, unhurried, and with a deep attention to the details and moments that make your day entirely yours.
I work on both digital and film (analog), and I offer film photography as part of my packages for couples who want that particular quality of warmth, grain and light that only analogue can give.

My approach
My wedding photography is documentary and editorial. I don’t direct your day or pose every moment. I follow it, I read it, and I photograph it as it unfolds. The result is a body of work that feels real because it is, images that bring back not just what happened, but how it felt.
I work in small teams, always with a second shooter, and I take on a limited number of weddings in Mexico each year to make sure every couple receives the attention their day deserves.
Where I work in Mexico
I photograph destination weddings across Mexico, including Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Cancún, Los Cabos, Punta Mita and the wider Riviera Maya. If you’re planning a wedding in Mexico and your venue isn’t listed, reach out. I travel anywhere.
Film photography in Mexico
There is something about shooting a Mexican wedding on film that feels right. The light, the colour, the texture, the sense that each frame was made with intention. I shoot 35mm and medium format film alongside digital, and I offer mixed digital and film packages for couples who want both the reliability of digital and the irreplaceable quality of analogue.
If you’re interested in film photography for your wedding in Mexico, mention it when you get in touch and we’ll talk through the options.
