Wedding at Saasil Kantenah · Jennifer & Daniel

Wedding at Saasil Kantenah begins on one of the last truly private beaches in the Riviera Maya, one of the reasons Tulum remains the most extraordinary wedding destination in Mexico. No other guests, no distractions, just the beach, the Caribbean and the people you chose to be there.

Jennifer and Daniel started the morning at the Conrad Tulum, where she got ready with her bridesmaids surrounded by the light that comes through the windows overlooking the sea. Those quiet moments before everything begins are some of my favourites to photograph, when nothing has happened yet and you can already feel everything.

The sunset ceremony at Saasil was exactly what this venue promises. The decorated arch on the sand, the sun dropping over the Caribbean, the guests gathered in silence. Jennifer and Daniel exchanged vows with the water behind them and that golden light that only exists in this corner of the world at that hour of the day.

A Wedding at Saasil Kantenah

The portraits after the ceremony, with the beach still empty and the light almost gone, were some of my favourites from that season in Tulum.

The beachfront dinner closed the day, with long tables on the sand, warm lighting and music late into the night. The kind of evening that is only possible when the venue is entirely yours.

If you’re planning a wedding at Saasil Kantenah or anywhere in Tulum, I’d love to hear about it.
